- All pets must attend a veterinary consultation before surgery. Your veterinarian will assess your pet and determine whether they are medically suitable for sterilisation.
- Pregnant pets and pets currently in heat are not eligible for this promotion.
- Sterilisation surgery will be scheduled based on your veterinarian's clinical recommendation and may take place during the promotional period or within two months after it ends.
- Surgery appointments are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A SGD 200 non-transferable deposit is required during the consultation to secure your surgery appointment and promotional pricing. This deposit can only be applied to the specific pet and procedure originally booked.
- Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled surgery appointment.
- The promotional package includes a veterinary consultation, sterilisation surgery, general anaesthesia, induction and pre-anaesthetic medications.
- Pre-anaesthetic blood testing performed during the consultation or on the day of surgery is eligible for a 10% OFF.
- Any additional diagnostics, medications, hospitalisation, recovery support or treatments recommended by your veterinarian will incur separate, standard charges.
- Promotional pricing applies only to routine sterilisation procedures. Any additional surgical complexities (including but not limited to uterine abnormalities, cryptorchid testicles or other medical conditions) are excluded from the promotion and will incur separate charges.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, vouchers, memberships or promotional offers.
