About
She believes in client education and preventative medicine, and is especially interested in dermatology, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. As a lifelong “crazy cat lady”, she is passionate about feline medicine as well. Most rewarding to her is the look of joy and relief of a owner when their pet gets better.
Dr Amanda cares deeply for the welfare for each animal, and she believes in working closely with clients to tailor holistic treatment plans for each pet. She frequently attends vet seminars and conferences to ensure she is kept updated about the latest developments in the veterinary field.
Before becoming a vet, Dr Amanda was a journalist at a local newspaper. She is currently pursuing a course to become a Certified Aromatherapist. In her free time, she enjoys painting, a cup of coffee or tea, and relaxing at home with her husband and cat, Little Miss.
